RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

We want you to be in love with your pieces!

- Please contact Mo-Made Jewelry within 7 days of delivery if you would like to return or exchange your jewelry. You are responsible to mail back the jewelry at your own cost. Once we receive your item back in original condition, we will issue a refund. 

- Depending on the piece, we may not be able to accept a return or exchange based on incorrect sizing. Please be sure of your ring/bangle size before placing your order, especially if the piece is a custom piece as I am often unable to resize a piece once it is complete.

- Customized pieces of jewelry such as stamped rings are FINAL SALE.

• Free: Within 30 days of receiving your jewelry
  
• Discounted: within 6 months of receiving your jewelry. Shipping covered by customer.
• Full Cost Repair: 6+ months after receiving your jewelry. Shipping covered by customer.
